Purpose of the Job
The purpose of the ICLA Assistant position is to implement ICLA activities in the field. The post holder is responsible for ensuring that all ICLA activities comply with the NRC Code of Conduct, national law, donor requirements, and ICLAโs overall objective to ensure that people affected by displacement can access their right to a durable solution.

Generic responsibilities
Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.ย Assist with the implementation of the support function portfolio according to the plan of action.ย Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.ย Ensure proper filing of documents.ย ย Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function.ย Development of holistic and needs-based programs, including cash-based interventions and marked-based programs.Specific responsibilities
Generic professional competencies:ย
University degree from Law/Sharia Law from accredited university.Two years relevant experience with international NGOs in humanitarian context, UN Agencies and international projects.Knowledge and relevant experience in humanitarian recovery context.Documented technical competences related to the positionโs responsibilities.Able to communicate on local languages (Pashto and Dari) and understand English language on basic level.ย Best knowledge and skills of computer programs especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook usage.ย Familiarities and good knowledge of southern provinces context specifically Spin Boldak District.ยBehavioralย competencies
