The HR Admin Technical Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of HR and Admin work at the Area level.ย

Perform all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Area Offices: ordering cleaning supplies, office supplies and consumables, management of lease agreements in Kyiv oblast (Kyiv office, LAC office, guest house, expats apartments) by preparing the lease agreements, submitting PR/PO necessary for rent payments, being the focal point for all the Landlords, preparing lease amendments (extension, termination, other changes of the agreement).Focal point for cleaning company, reporting any issues to HR/Admin Coo.Assist in drafting letters, cover letter for official correspondence. Reply to general information requests with accurate information. Sending, receiving, distributing and filing incoming and outgoing correspondence.Organizeย events andย meetings in Kyiv oblast (finding venue, organizing catering, processing the payment).ย Booking accommodation in Kyiv oblast for NRC staff and visitors if neededDeal with official institutions when needed.Provide research and administrative support when necessary.Timely reconciliation of cash advance if taken.Perform other relevant tasks as requested by the Line Manager / ASM / AM / CD.Proceed with staff timesheets from Kyiv AO (collecting signatures, archiving).Prepare Orders for business trips according to TARs & Per Diems.Perform other relevant tasks as requested by the Line Manager / ASM / AM.2. Professional competencies:
