The Global Green Growth Institute internship program provides a unique learning opportunity for students and recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds. The program is designed for talented and motivated individuals skilled in areas relevant to GGGIโ€™s operations. The program allows selected candidates to gain insight into the work of the Institute and provides assistance and training in various professional fields in a multicultural environment. CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a talented individual to work with us in the Partnerships Unit to provide technical and operational support with data management and partner engagements. The incumbent will gain valuable experience through 1) collaborating with external partners and key stakeholders of the organization, 2) developing and managing comprehensive internal data systems, 3) contributing to developing strategic materials for effective partner engagements and relationship management.

The Partnerships Unit is part of the Department of Partnerships and Governance within the Office of the Director General Division (ODG), which oversees the organization's external engagements, strategic partnerships, and resource mobilization. The ODG Division supports the Director General (DG) with governance, partnerships, strategies, results, change management, communications, and advisory services. The ODG Division is both internal facing, in that it supports GGGI in fulfilling its strategic vision, and external facing, in that it supports the DG in developing and maintaining relationships with partners and mobilizing resources. The ODG Division ensures the DG is effectively supported to play his role as the 'global voice' for green growth.

The assignment will include the following but not limited to:

1) Data Management & Analysis:

Assist in developing partnerships-related data management system โ€“ data collection and organization, database development, system development. Assist in statistical analysis and data visualization of partnerships-related data.

2) Partner Engagement & Communication:

Assist in preparing briefs and communication materials for partner engagement. Assist in conducting research related to donors and partners Asist in drafting donor-related annual reports and materials.

3) Event & Proposal Coordination:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events related to the Partnerships Unit Assist in the preparation of proposals to mobilize resources and support the needs of
GGGIโ€™s Member States.

4) Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Assist in the development of Partnerships material to support quality assurance and capacity building. Assist in improving donor reporting review process, to enhance accuracy and quality control. Assist in ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.

Be enrolled in a Bachelorโ€™s (final year), Masterโ€™s or PhD program prior to internship assignment, or a recent graduate within the last 12 months Be engaged or recently engaged in academic study โ€“ preferably in data science, business, environmental studies, international relations, or related fields

QUALIFICATION
Basic statistical analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, basic understanding of data management and analysis. Possess an excellent command of English. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Excel and design tools for presentations, visual material. Experience in researching and coordination of meetings. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

SELECTION PROCESS
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. GGGI evaluates applications based on: eligibility requirements, relevance of academic study and work experience (if any); and the level of interest and motivation to contribute to development work. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Duration: The internship program is for at least three months and up to six months. Once selected, interns must begin your internship either prior to or within 12 months of graduation.

Stipend: GGGI interns receive a monthly stipend of USD $500 per month (unless agreed to be funded by sponsoring institutions). All costs related to travel, insurance, accommodation, and living expenses must be borne by either the interns themselves or sponsoring institutions.

Visa: GGGI will provide a supporting letter for visa. Interns will be responsible for obtaining and financing the necessary visas.

Travel: Intern will arrange and finance their travel to the internship location.

Medical Insurance: Interns must present proof of valid medical insurance to GGGI upon returning the signed internship contract.

Confidentiality: Interns must keep confidential any and all unpublished information obtained during the course of the internship and may not publish any documents based on such information.

Academic Credit: Interns may get academic credit from their institution of higher education for the internship. Interns need to check with their university to confirm their academic credit policy for internships.

Working Hours: interns are expected to work during normal working hours. Leave should be pre-approved by the Intern Manager, and the latter should inform the Office of HR accordingly.

Learning Outcomes: before completion of the internship, Intern Managers are expected to review the learning outcomes with the intern.

Certificate: provided upon successful completion of the internship, upon request.
