Job Description

Reporting to the Country Director (of the hosting country), the Head of Internal Control is to support the implementation of Plan International-Southern Africaโ€™s strategy by providing leadership and coordination of Risk, Internal Control and Compliance, Internal Audit and Fraud for the four SALT countries. The incumbent will supervise and conduct program compliance and operational audits, lead the follow-up effort for past findings and review audit reports. The incumbent will also supervise and conduct investigations, as needed.
