Job Description

Reporting to the Country Director (of the hosting country), the Head of IT for Southern Africa Plan International Countries will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of IT systems and services across Plan Mozambique, Plan Malawi, Plan Zambia, and Plan Zimbabwe. This role is critical in ensuring that all IT infrastructure and digital tools are robust, secure, and aligned with Plan International mission to advance childrenโ€™s rights and equality for girls.
