ICRISAT seeks highly motivated and qualified professionals for the position of Manager โ Oracle Financials who will be responsible for and to assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems in Financial Services. The incumbent will work under the supervision of General Manager โ Global Finance and will be based in Headquarters at Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Duties and Responsibilities:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Work with Finance business process owners and relevant Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements to technology solutions related to Billing, Revenue, Payment, Procurement and other Corporate Services tools.ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Partners with relevant Finance Process Owners to prioritize and implement enhancements.ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ensures defining and meeting Service Level Agreements with relevant stakeholders.ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Responsible for implementing new technologies and systems.ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Collect requirements for building and supporting business applications.ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Plan and Perform various test cycles like integration testing, and system testing.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Plan, organize and conduct training workshops for relevant end users.ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Provide Production support for month end close activities.ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Work with other business systems analysts and the development team in converting the business solution into technical designs.ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Create and manage documentation as appropriate related to creation of manuals, test scenarios, test conditions, and test scripts.ย Help the various functional experts to design and generate relevant MIS reports.

Requirements:
ย
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Masterโs degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field or Accounting Degree
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย 8+ years of IT industry work experience including finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using Oracle applications and/or other Major ERP systems
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย 6+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials release 11i, and Release 12: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Procurement modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Strong Project Implementation/Maintenance experience in Order to Cash Flow/Procurement Modules in 11i/R12. Hands on experience is a must
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Good Project management skills, planning and organization skills
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Fair Technical knowledge around SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, XML for basic troubleshooting
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย The candidate should have good analytical, problem solving skills and a desire to develop new skills
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and Senior management
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to exercise independent and autonomous judgment when dealing with competing priorities and initiatives, while keeping management well informed of issues, progress, status and resolution
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Responsive to customer needs and highly motivated to improve the processes of the organization. A team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers. Strong prioritization, communication and multitasking skills a must as the environment is fast paced and dynamic
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Financial Closing or Company Merger Project experience is plus
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
ย ย Independent judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Desirable:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to work under pressure, deliver under tight schedules and maintain high degree of
confidentiality

General:
This is a contractual role for a period of 36 months (3 yearsโ).
