Implement NRCโs systems and procedures at area level. Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements. Ensure proper filing of documents. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function. Assist with the implementation of the support function portfolio according to plan of action.Specific responsibilities:

Qualifications
Generic professional competencies:
University Degree in Business and Administration Specialization in Finance Management. At least Four Years progressive experience in Finance with a reputable non-profit organization INGO/NGO. Fluency in English language and local languages. High proficiency with MS Office โ particularly Word and Excel. Excellent report writing skills. Attention to detail. Ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of people, both internally and externally. Strong ability to organize a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Context related skills, knowledge and experience:
Understanding of anti-corruption mechanisms and donor compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills. Strong IT skills specially Ms office.Behavioral competencies:
