Implement NRCโs financial systems, routines, and procedures.ย Maintain overall budget control and monitor cash flows. Management of financial team. Training of line managers and staff with financial responsibilities.ย Provide regular analysis and reports.ย Implement anti-corruption policy. Promote the rights of IDPs/returnees in line with the advocacy strategy. Experience working as a Finance in a humanitarian or recovery context. Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts Documented results related to the positionโs responsibilities Knowledge about own leadership skills/profileย Fluency in English, both written and verbalย Experience in web-based financial software Knowledge of cash-based interventions and market based programsContext/ Specific Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management & Financial Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role with international NGOs or UN with master degree and 5 years of experience with bachelor degree. Knowledge of security context in northern region. Strong computer skills (proficiency inย Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel is mandatory)ย Creativity, curiosity and willingness to try new things and to challenge the status quoBehavioural competencies:
