Acted has been present in Ethiopia since 2019, addressing the needs of IDPs affected by drought and conflict. From its capital office in Addis Ababa Acted operates 4 field offices across Somali, Tigray and Afar Regions providing integrated emergency response in the sectors of WASH, shelter, food security and CCCM.

At least four years of field experience in program management and coordinationDemonstrated communication and organizational skillsAbility to train, mobilize, and manage experienced staff;Flexibility and ability to multi-task under pressure;Ability to work well in unstable and frequently changing security environments;Willingness to work and live in often remote areas under basic conditions;Proven ability to work creatively and independently both in the field and in the office;
