- En coordinaci贸n con el gestor territorial, realizar el acompa帽amiento t茅cnico a los actores locales, personal de salud y agentes comunitarios de salud para la implementaci贸n de las estrategias, actividades y acciones del proyecto en el 谩mbito de intervenci贸n;
- Fortalecimiento de capacidades a los agentes comunitarios de salud para promover la mejora de pr谩cticas de nutrici贸n y cuidado infantil en las familias participantes del proyecto;
- Acompa帽amiento a los agentes comunitarios para el desarrollo de las visitas domiciliarias a fin de reforzar sus capacidades y mejorar la llegada a las familias participantes del proyecto;
- Brindar asistencia t茅cnica y capacitaci贸n a los agentes comunitarios para un correcto manejo de la metodolog铆a e informaci贸n para el acompa帽amiento familiar a la poblaci贸n focalizada;
- Apoyar el desarrollo de las acciones de fortalecimiento de capacidades al personal de salud a cargo de la Gestora Territorial;
- Asegurar el registro de la informaci贸n b谩sica y pertinente que nos permita conocer los logros, avances, dificultades y alternativas de soluci贸n sobre el acompa帽amiento familiar y socializarlas con los Establecimientos de Salud;
- Realizar el seguimiento a la informaci贸n de las familias de los agentes comunitarios sobre el seguimiento al estado de salud y nutrici贸n de los ni帽os/ni帽as de las zonas de intervenci贸n del proyecto;
- Informar de manera oportuna al Gestor/a Territorial, sobre los posibles problemas que pudieran afectar la implementaci贸n o que necesiten resoluci贸n de manera inmediata;
- Elaborar informes peri贸dicos sobre las actividades bajo su cargo, identificando tendencias y/o problem谩ticas existentes, de modo que se encuentre en la capacidad de presentar recomendaciones claras que permitan una toma de decisiones eficiente en coordinaci贸n con el Gestor Territorial del proyecto;
- Incorporar los lineamientos de la organizaci贸n referidos a la igualdad de g茅nero en todas sus actividades;
- Otras actividades relacionadas que surjan durante la asignaci贸n.
