Work LocationHQA Expected duration12 Months Duties and ResponsibilitiesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific Outputs/Tasks include but not limited to: • Design, build and maintain Android & iOS mobile applications • Perform software development and maintenance tasks on applications to which assigned; • Perform limited analysis tasks as assigned by the supervisor for the design, implementation, customization and maintenance of Agency software applications; • Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements and preparation of system and programme specifications; • Assist in preparation of user manuals and other documentation for the systems and applications to which assigned; Qualifications/special skillsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Qualification Requirements • A university degree or master’s degree in information technology or related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile applications development using Android studio and swift for iOS, React native, Kotlin, RESTful API’s, JSON, Git • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Sec & Lead Solu Arch. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE • The consultant will be based in UNRWA HQ Amman - Jordan. • The duration of the consultancy is 12 months with the possibility of extension subject to availability of funds and continuing need and satisfactory performance.
