Description:

FHI 360 seeks a Deputy Chief of Party (COP) for an anticipated USAID Kosovo Youth Activity. The project will aim to bolster youthโ€™s economic and civic engagement opportunities; build outreach and accountability skills of youth vulnerable to social exclusion and socio-economic inequalities and empower them to affect positive change in their communities.

Citizens of Kosovo or residents with work authorization are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon funding.

Job Responsibilities:

The Deputy Chief of Party (COP) will support the Chief of Party (COP) in overseeing project implementation and will have a role in providing direct technical support to staff and partners. The DCOP will assist the COP with all responsibilities, including the development and implementation of the projectโ€™s vision, strategy, and technical direction, ensuring timely progress against schedules, achievement of deliverables, and quality of results. The DCOP will serve as the secondary institutional liaison with USAID. The DCOP will supervise and guide Objective Team Leaders (Key Personnel).
