About this position
We are looking for a motivated professional Corporate Services Consultant. As a Corporate Services Consultant you will be reporting to the PRC Group Head and conducting the procurement and contracting process for a wide range of services and goods.
You will work in the Corporate Procurement Group (PRC) which is part of Budget and Corporate Procurement Division (BDA/BGT). This team is responsible for providing information on performance and budgetary resource management and oversees all corporate procurement activities of the Bank. Specifically, the PRC Group provides procurement services for all Bank Departments both in Headquarters and Country Offices, including RFP development, evaluation, contract drafting/development, and negotiation.

Education: Masterโs degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Law, Project Management, or other relevant fields. C.P.M. and/or C.P.S.M is a plus. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the field of procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or related areas. Candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in end-to-end procurement processes and in developing supplier relationship programs, as well as knowledge of decision support tools and analytics and the ability to create and negotiate legally binding commercial contracts. Procurement and contracting experience in both US and Latin America desired. Experience with SAP and/or Ariba is a plus. For internal candidates, experience as a PRC Client is a plus. Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.Key skills
