Bachelor Degree from an accredited post-secondary institution. Experience in administration, preferably in support of project management activities. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in technical and non-technical areas with technicians and non-technical managers of multi-disciplinary teams (including consultants), dealing with complex, inter-related projects, in Spanish and English. Previous experience of working in, and/or liaison with, Ministries of Defence/Military Headquarters, or other, Government Department, preferably in Spain. High level of competency in the use of software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to deal with budget and administrative documents and proven proficiency in administrative writing. Ability to carry out computations associated with normal financial and budgetary practices, using modern office automation equipment and software. Strong ability to analyse work requirements related to the various projects and to memorize related information and details. Experience in translation of Spanish to English and vice versa. Valid driversโ€™ license (category B).. POST DETAILS Contract duration:ย 12ย months (on-call) Level: IV

IMPORTANT NOTES

In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 12-month period (on-call). The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Home or any other area as required.
