CONTEXTE : Le poste de Chauffeur Principal est destinรฉ ร appuyer les opรฉrations du Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) au Burkina Faso. Le titulaire sera responsable du transport de hauts responsables du PAM, de fonctionnaires des Nations Unies et de visiteurs officiels. Ce rรดle est essentiel dans les bureaux oรน plusieurs chauffeurs sont en poste et oรน les missions de transport sont nombreuses et complexes.
OBJECTIFS : Assurer un transport sรฉcurisรฉ, professionnel et efficace pour les hauts responsables et visiteurs du PAM, tout en coordonnant les services liรฉs ร la flotte de vรฉhicules.
RESPONSABILITES CLEES (NON EXHAUSTIVES)
1. Assurer le transport de hauts responsables du PAM, de hauts fonctionnaires des Nations Unies ou de visiteurs, et รฉventuellement traduire ร cette occasion des รฉchanges simples avec des interlocuteurs parlant la langue locale.
2. Maintenir une conduite prudente et professionnelle en toutes circonstances.
3. Tenir le/les vรฉhicules affectรฉs toujours propre et en รฉtat de marche ainsi que les rapports de consommation de carburant.
4. Assister ร planifier les maintenances prรฉventives et correctives en coordination avec le Fleet.
5. Accueillir le personnel officiel et les visiteurs ร l'aรฉroport ou ร d'autres points d'entrรฉe et leur fournir une assistance รฉlรฉmentaire pour les aider ร s'acquitter des formalitรฉs usuelles de visa et de douane de sorte qu'ils puissent rejoindre sans encombre et en toute sรฉcuritรฉ les destinations autorisรฉes.
6. Tenir rigoureusement ร jour le carnet d'entretien des vรฉhicules et communiquer au ou ร la responsable hiรฉrarchique un รฉtat quotidien de leur รฉtat mรฉcanique, afin d'assurer une utilisation des vรฉhicules et une consommation de carburant efficientes ร l'appui d'une comptabilitรฉ prรฉcise et d'un bon rapport coรปt-efficacitรฉ.
7. Respecter les rรจgles et rรจglements en vigueur concernant les livraisons sur le terrain et en cas d'accident, et signaler immรฉdiatement au ou ร la responsable hiรฉrarchique tout problรจme se produisant afin de demander des instructions et de faciliter la prise de dรฉcisions en connaissance de cause sur la marche ร suivre.
9. Effectuer des tรขches administratives connexes simples (de classement, de photocopie ou d'archivage, par exemple) si nรฉcessaire, y compris l'expรฉdition du courrier et le paiement des factures tรฉlรฉphoniques ou autres, afin de fournir un appui administratif.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUISES :
Education :
- รtre titulaire du BAC.
- Avoir un permis de conduire valide (catรฉgories A1, B, C)
- Etre dรฉtenteur (trice) d'un permis de catรฉgorie D est un atout
Experience:
- Avoir au minimum 3 ans dโexpรฉrience en tant que chauffeur professionnel, dont 2 ans dans une organisation internationale ou humanitaire.
Compรฉtences Additionnelles :
- Excellente maรฎtrise de la conduite de vรฉhicules lรฉgers et lourds, y compris des vรฉhicules blindรฉs en conditions difficiles (routes non goudronnรฉes, zones reculรฉes, situation de crise etc.).
- Connaissance approfondie de la mรฉcanique automobile.
- Maรฎtrise des outils de suivi de flotte (Radio, GPS, applications de gestion de carburant).
- Bonne connaissance du code de la route et des rรจgles de sรฉcuritรฉ routiรจre.
Langues :
- La maitrise du franรงais et de quelques langues locales serait un atout
