    The UN WFP seeks a remote Change Management and Business Innovation Case Team Leader for a 3-month role to lead strategic efficiency and financial transformation projects. The consultant will manage workstreams, support executive priorities, and deliver data-driven solutions across WFP and other UN entities. Requires 4โ€“5 years' experience in consulting or finance, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluency in English (French desirable).

    BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

    Over the past years the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) has responded to an unprecedented level of emergencies, while maintaining ongoing operations. This increased demand stretches the organization which means WFP has to find new approaches and ways of working to ensure we are channelling every available resource to the people we serve.

    The Change Management and Business Innovation Unit was established in 2015 to manage change and to promote innovation as part of WFPโ€™s Innovation division. BIU also provides support to other UN entities through the UN Advisory Alliance (BIU / UNAA). BIU / UNAA serves as an in-house \"management consulting and advisory unit\" providing management consulting and advisory services and offering end-to-end solutions to business challenges.

    Comprising personnel with top-tier management consulting and strong UN experience, BIU / UNAA has executed more than 130 projects across 15 different UN entities (WFP, WHO, UNHCR, IOM, UN Secretariat, UNFPA, FAO, UNMAS, UNIDO, IAEA, and many other entities). BIU / UNAAโ€™s key capabilities and offerings include efficiency improvement, strategy development, data & analytics, etc.

    DELIVERABLES:
