RTI is seeking to build a roster of experienced secondary education technical experts for anticipated Asian Development Bank-funded activities in Asia, specifically in Cambodia and Tajikistan. Anticipated projects may focus on strengthening upper secondary education to improve equal access to quality secondary education; aligning secondary education to high demand 21st century skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM); improving assessment systems; strengthening post-secondary education pathways; and developing and implementing distance learning platforms.
