    About the job

    Based in Uedem, Germany, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for providing authoritative technical, managerial and policy advice to CSU Commander and to other NCI Agency elements. You will direct, coordinate and supervise all activities of the CSU's assigned resources in the frame of Operations & Exercises planning, Plans & Projects, Requirements Management, Service Management and Business Process Management.     About you

    We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Branch Head - Service Management with ideally a Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized/certified university in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. Exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated with at least 6 years relvant work experience.

    Experience in the planning, implementation and control of service provision as well as interfacing with customers and building collaborative relationships is required.

    Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
