Responsabilidades del puesto:
El CFM (Complaint and Feedback Mechanism) operador debe atender las solicitudes de informaci贸n, sugerencias o reclamos de las personas a las que asistimos y a otras personas que soliciten informaci贸n a trav茅s de nuestros canales de comunicaci贸n establecidos (L铆nea gratuita, WhatsApp y SMS).
Debe manejar la plataforma CFM, en espec铆fico, el m贸dulo de ingreso de mensajes y/o casos.
En el caso de preguntas frecuentes, debe completar el m贸dulo de ingresos de mensajes y debe dar respuesta a las solicitudes de informaci贸n, sugerencias o reclamos de los casos con los que se cuente con una respuesta inmediata.
Peri贸dicamente debe conducir encuestas de satisfacci贸n del proceso de gesti贸n y resoluci贸n de los casos dirigidos a las poblaciones asistidas que hayan utilizado el CFM.
Apoyo a las actividades regulares de M&E.
Guardar la confidencialidad de los mensajes recibidos al operar el sistema de quejas y retroalimentaci贸n.
Aptitudes y competencias:
Comunicaci贸n: se adapta f谩cilmente al lenguaje de las diferentes personas que se asisten, para facilitar una comunicaci贸n transparente y clara. Adem谩s, debe ser una persona sumamente sensible ante casos relacionados con g茅nero, protecci贸n, acoso, abuso de autoridad y/o explotaci贸n sexual.
