The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an advocacy & campaigns coordinator, to:

โ€ข support the Head of campaigns and the team in liaising and linking with countries, regions and affiliates, ensuring meaningful participation in campaign assembly and other governance and management structures, including with wider confederation when necessary.

โ€ข ensure day to day coordination and internal communications around the different strands of work led by the team.

โ€ข Coordinate MEAL input across the confederation and disseminating learnings and convening

discussions to develop suggestions for change of course.

โ€ข Ensure accurate financial reporting both for Oxfam and donor purposes.

Who weโ€™re looking for

Oxfam International secretariat is looking for an motivated candidate with:

outstanding organisational skills and excellent time and process management ability, ideally with IT and data management skills; excellent written and spoken communication skills; ability to work independently and juggle high workloads Comfortable with highly complex organisations and processes Great interpersonal skills; Excellent understanding of, commitment to and experience of embedding and continuously learning to embed a decolonial, antiracist, intersectional feminist and partner led approach in your work.
