Based mostly within the Middle East, Europe and Northern Africa country offices (Yemen, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Romania, Poland or Ukraine) or homeworking while not on the field, you are part of the Middle East, Europe and Northern Africa pool (annual volume of 43mโฌ). Your objective is primarily to support the country office should it be remotely or by being on the field. Your scope of work includes support to the bases, the coordination offices and the Pool finance team when needed.
Therefore, you may be deployed to a variety of locations but always within the Middle East, Europe and Northern Africa country offices. Youโll gradually build your expertise within ACF, its tools, processes, etc and the country offices/region to become a key collaborator whoโll be able to provide support, ensure gap filling but also train and coach his/her colleagues. Your job includes dealing with a variety of staff, at different level of the organization (managers, head of departments and senior management team).

Votre poste et vos responsabilitรฉs
Under the supervision of the Regional Finance Manager, you provide all necessary financial support to the Middle East, Europe and Northern Africa (MEENA) Country and Regional Finance teams.
- Produce reporting from field experiences
- Provide remote support to country & regional finance teams
- Participate to transversal projects
- Cover Finance head of department or manager gaps at field level
- Provide training and coaching to finance and non finance staff
Votre profil
You hold a finance Master degree. You have at least 5 years of experience in NGOs including minimum 3 in the field in financial coordination functions.
You are organized, flexible, rigorous and diplomatic, you are a listen person and able to adapt quickly. You appreciate and are motivated by teamwork.
English written and oral compulsory.
Vos conditions dโemploi
The regional roving finance expert makes frequent field trips (60% - 80%). While not on the field the staff may be based at home (homeworking). Works for the Middle East, Europe and Northern Africa pool and attached hierarchically to the Regional Finance Manager, based in Paris.
- 12 months fixed term contract under French legislation
- Monthly gross salary from 2597โฌ to 2895โฌ upon experience
- Monthly per diem and living allowance: 488โฌ net, field paid
- Monthly roving allowance : 390โฌ net
- 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
- 15% of the gross salary for specific flying allowance
- Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
- Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
- Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year

As you gain experience and knowledge of the region you will become a key member of the finance team at regional level and develop a transversal and strategical vision.
