Programme Delivery Lead - Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our small team in (LOCATION) as a Programme Delivery Lead. This position is pivotal in spearheading the efficient and effective development, planning, coordination and delivery of our educational programmes and projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programmes based on needs assessment and long-term strategic plans.
- Proactively liaise with partners, communities and other stakeholders to ensure the effective operational planning and delivery of programmes based on community needs.
- Ensure all programmes and projects are effectively monitored, evaluated and reported on to Managers and regional
- Network with the wider community to uphold a positive image of the foundation and our programmes.
- Identify and establish new partnerships that are in line with the organization's objectives and mission.
- Ensure your team is providing the marketing and fundraising team with timely marketing and fundraising content and reports of programme delivery.
- Provide guidance, support and ensure alignment in vision for our programmes and project activities for all our representatives and project participants.
- Ensure all team members, representatives and project participants are provided with ongoing and appropriate training to perform their role with high quality.
- Share regular feedback, gaps, and trainings required with managers as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both with teams and across cultures
Requirements:
- Conversational Proficiency and basic written Spanish
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in education, youth work or community development
- Experience living and working abroad or working with diverse cultures
- Programme management experience, including development, monitoring and evaluation
- Ability to work in varying working environments and hours
- Physical level of effort scale 1-5 is a 3.5 (this includes impact of weather, lifting, walking)
