    The Supply Chain Officer (Retail Operations) will ensure that WFP-contracted retailers comply with retail SOPs to standardize and enhance the overall shopping experience. The Officer will conduct research and analyze workflow processes to improve business procedures. Key responsibilities include performing statistical analysis, assessing the market environment, supervising Retail Operations Assistants, and monitoring the performance of retail partners. Additionally, the Coordinator will support the digitization of retail operations where needed and ensure alignment with Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) standards and practices to maintain high-quality retail operations.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, within delegated authority):
    1. Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain plans and procedures, in line with the global WFP supply chain strategy and regional/functional strategies, policies and plans, to achieve operational cost efficiency, agility, reliability, quality and to support national capacity strengthening.
