- Role and responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Shelter/WASH Project Coordinator, theย Shelter/WASH Technical Assistantย is expected to support the day-to-day implementation ofย WASH and Shelter activities in urbanย and ruralย settings (water supply, wastewater, energy, construction).

Specific responsibilitiesย
Under the supervision of the Shelter/WASH Project Coordinator, guide enumerators when participating in needs assessments to identify potential beneficiaries that could benefit from NRCโs Shelter/WASH activities. Ensure proper sensitisation of the community about the planned activities. Provide regular suggestions on programme improvements and progress reports to the Shelter/WASH Technical Officer and Shelter/WASH Project Coordinator. Closely cooperate with other departments to ensure adequate field-level implementation of a coherent integrated programme in target areas in Ukraine Liaise at field level with local government/stakeholders/communities to ensure NRC obtains required permissions for day-to-day project implementation Ensure abidance by his/her team with NRCโs compliance rules and regulations Assist with any other duties assigned by line manager as and when required.
