In this full-time, maximum-term role, youโll work as a part of our Partnerships and Resources Mobilization team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Partnerships and Resources Mobilisation Manager play an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether itโs leading priority donor accounts, driving opportunity identification or steering the implementation of the IP Business Development Strategy 2025โ2027, youโll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
ยท Leading account management and capture for priority institutional donors (e.g. DFAT, GPE, ECW, ADB, World Bank).
ยท Driving opportunity identification, pipeline health and Big Bet capture using data dashboards and AIโenabled tools.
ยท Partnering with internal design teams, Country Offices and Members to secure highโquality, financially sound awards.
ยท Supporting the growth of blended and innovative finance opportunities with DFIs, facilities and catalytic philanthropies.
ยท Representing SCA at donor meetings, conferences and strategic forums to position SCA as a partner of choice.
ยท Strengthening BD and capture capability across International Programs through coaching and structured learning

Your deep expertise in institutional business development, donor strategy, competitive capture, relationship management and pricing frameworks is invaluable.
This role requires:
ยท 5+ years securing funding from government donors, multilaterals, corporates and/or foundations.
ยท Demonstrated experience analysing funding landscapes and developing funding strategies.
ยท Experience leading and writing competitive institutional proposals, including cost recovery and pricing frameworks.
ยท Strong analytical, communication, relationshipโbuilding and crossโcultural collaboration skills.
ยท Ability to use CRM systems, dashboards and AIโenabled tools for donor intelligence and pipeline management
