  1. Conduire le vรฉhicule assignรฉ au Chef de Missionย ;
  2. Gรฉrer l'entretien quotidien du vรฉhicule assignรฉ pour assurer l'รฉtat de marche du vรฉhicule. Cela comprend la vรฉrification quotidienne des pneus, des freins, de l'huile moteur, de la courroie de ventilateur, etc.ย ;
  3. Organiser les rรฉparations mineures et s'assurer que les vรฉhicules sont maintenus propresย ;
  4. S'assurer que le vรฉhicule effectue des intervalles d'entretien rรฉguliersย ;
  5. Trouvez l'itinรฉraire le plus direct et le plusย sรปr sur les meilleures routes disponibles jusqu'ร  la destination.
  6. S'assurer que le vรฉhicule de l'OIM n'est utilisรฉ que pour des affaires officielles/autorisรฉes, comme conseillรฉ par le superviseur ;
  7. Maintenir un haut degrรฉ de confidentialitรฉ et de discrรฉtion dans les discussions, qui impliquent l'OIM et ses responsables. Prendre les mesures appropriรฉes pour rรฉduire les menaces potentielles ร  la sรฉcuritรฉ des agents de l'OIM et/ou des biens ร  proximitรฉ immรฉdiate du vรฉhicule et le long des voies de transport ;
  8. Collecter et livrer le courrier, les documents, les valises et autres communications/articles depuis et vers le bureau de pays ; se rendre au bureau de poste, ร  l'aรฉroport, aux organismes gouvernementaux, ร  d'autres organismes des Nations Unies, aux institutions, aux sites de projets, etc., pour prendre et livrer des articlesย ;
  9. Au besoin, aider le personnel du bureau de pays ร  effectuer des tรขches administratives simplesย ;
  10. Effectuer toutes autres tรขches qui pourraient lui รชtre confiรฉes. Education
    • Diplรดme d'รฉtudes secondaires avec au moins 5 ans d'expรฉrience professionnelle pertinente ou baccalaurรฉat avec au moins 3 ans d'expรฉrience professionnelle pertinente dans un รฉtablissement accrรฉditรฉ.
    • Permis de conduire national en cours de validitรฉ. Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database. ย  Experience
      • Connaissance des rรจgles et rรจglements de conduite.
      • Une connaissance des rรจgles de sรฉcuritรฉ des Nations Unies est un plus
      • Compรฉtences en rรฉparations mineures de vรฉhicules.ย 
      • Expรฉrience de conduite d'une variรฉtรฉ de marques et de modรจles de vรฉhicules
      • Connaissance de la radio, du courrier รฉlectronique, du tรฉlรฉphone et d'autres applications. Languages
        • Bonne connaissance du Franรงais est requise (รฉcrit/parlรฉ)
        • Connaissance pratique de l'Anglais est souhaite
