RFP-002-EU Donors Registration of Project HOPE (registered in USA) and FUNDACJA PROJECT HOPE POLSKA (registered in Poland) to EU Donors

About the Requested Services, this tender is divided into 2 lots:

Lot1: Project HOPE People-to-People Foundation Inc (registered in USA) is looking for Consultants and/or Consulting Agencies, to:

• Based on prior assessment propose a list of existing EU Funding mechanisms (apart from ECHO) which Project HOPE US head office and/or its branches in Ukraine and Moldova is best fit to pursue.
• Ensure Organization’s registration in all EU systems and platforms, as well as approval as Eligible Partner where necessary for pursuing funding under proposed EU Funding Mechanisms.
• The main deliverables of this Lot are:

1. Report-Document on EU funding mechanisms recommended/not recommended to be pursued by Project HOPE People-to-people Foundation Inc and/or its representative branch including but not limited to:

• Name and webpage of EU funding mechanism, General description and objectives of the funding, links on any existing strategies and policies regulating funding.
• Links on webpages where forecasts about upcoming dates of calls under funding mechanism could be found.
• List of the upcoming calls with topics and dates,
• Funding Mechanism process and requirements,
• Needs for any platform, system, process of registration for pursuing calls under the funding mechanism.
• Why the EU funding mechanism is recommended /not recommended to be pursued by Project HOPE People-to-people Foundation Inc and/or it’s representative branches.
• Any recommendations on prepositioning and increasing chances of getting funding from the funding mechanism.
• Links on additional resources

1. Documented registration approval: Project HOPE People-to-people Foundation Inc and/or its representative branch is being registered in all EU systems and platforms for which it is qualified to bid, as well as approved as Eligible Partner where necessary for pursuing funding under EU Funding Mechanisms (described in the report).

• The Intermediate Deliverables of this Lot are:

1. Assessment Report on a Current state ofProject HOPE People-to-people Foundation Inc and/or its representative branch being eligible for registration in all EU systems and platforms for which it is qualified to bid, as well as for approval as Eligible Partner where necessary for pursuing funding under EU Funding Mechanisms
2. Registration Roadmap: Step by step action plan with deadlines, clear assignments, progress tracking tables for getting registered in all EU systems and platforms for which Project Hope Polska is qualified to bid, as well as approved as Eligible Partner where necessary for pursuing funding under EU Funding Mechanisms.

• The maximum timeline for service delivery is 6 months.

Lot2: Separate Legal Entity FUNDACJA PROJECT HOPE POLSKA (registered in Poland) is looking for Consultants and/or Consulting Agencies, to:

• Based on prior assessment propose a list of existing EU Funding mechanisms (apart from ECHO) which the separate legal entity of Project HOPE Polska (registered in Poland) is best fit to pursue.
• Ensure Organization’s registration in all EU systems and platforms, as well as approval as Eligible Partner where necessary for pursuing funding under proposed EU Funding Mechanisms
• The main deliverables of this Lot are:

1. Report-Document on EU funding mechanisms recommended/not recommended to be pursued by Fundacja Project HOPE Polska including but not limited to:

• Name and webpage of EU funding mechanism,
• General description and objectives of the funding, links on any existing strategies and policies regulating funding.
• Links on webpages where forecasts about upcoming dates of calls under funding mechanism could be found.
• List of the upcoming calls with topics and dates,
• Funding Mechanism process and requirements,
• Needs for any platform, system, process of registration for pursuing calls under the funding mechanism.
• Why the EU funding mechanism is recommended /not recommended to be pursued by Project HOPE People-to-people Foundation Inc and/or it’s representative branches.
• Any recommendations on prepositioning and increasing chances of getting funding from the funding mechanism.

1. Fact of registration being approved: Fundacja Project HOPE Polska is being registered in all EU systems and platforms for which it is qualified, as well as approved as Eligible Partner where necessary for pursuing funding under EU Funding Mechanisms (described in the report).

• The Intermediate Deliverables of this Lot are:

1. Assessment Report on a Current state of Fundacja Project HOPE Polska being eligible for registration in all EU systems and platforms for which it is qualified, as well as for approval as Eligible Partner where necessary for pursuing funding under EU Funding Mechanisms
2. Registration Roadmap: Step by step action plan with deadlines, clear assignments, progress tracking tables for getting registered in all EU systems and platforms, as well as approved as Eligible Partner where necessary for pursuing funding under EU Funding Mechanisms. Mechanisms may include Horizon Europe, and European Social Funds Plus.

• Travelling to Project HOPE office will be required.
• Project HOPE is covering the cost of transportation (flights and local travels), and accommodation (these prices should not be included in your offer).

The maximum timeline for service delivery is 6 m
