Here youโre empowered to make a difference in childrenโs lives. Your role will involve leading a diverse team of volunteers, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store targets. From managing volunteer rosters to spearheading local marketing campaigns, youโll play a pivotal role in maximising profits while creating positive change. You will be an integral part of our Western Australian Retail team and report to our State Retail Manager for Western Australia. Daily travel within metropolitan Perth will be required, as well as occasional weekend and evening work.
You will make an impact by:
ยท Effectively managing profit and loss performance for all stores in your area
ยท Manage merchandise and stock to maximise sales
ยท Ensure all operational and safety compliance
ยท Manage your teams of store volunteers to success
ยท Train, mentor and induct your team of volunteers
ยท Support the retail team to achieve goals and deliver maximised profits to Save the Children Australia
