Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Officer (RMO) for ASIA Region delivers high-quality marketing materials that strengthen CRSโs positioning across the region and country programs, and among key donors and stakeholders. Serving as the regional focal point, the RMO supportsย the design, start-up, implementation and completion of centrally supported marketing efforts, while working closely with other teams regional, country program cross-agency teams to advance CRSโs visibility and donor engagement.
Working under priorities established by regional and country leadership, the RMO coordinates and consults regularly with Regional Leadership, partners with Institutional Funding and G-REMโs integrated communications teams produce timely, compelling content that highlights CRSโs impact, credibility, and value to key stakeholders. The role will contribute to strategic engagement priorities for the agency through the collection, documentation, and dissemination of materials that are used for strategic decision-making. The RMO also strengthens communications capacity across the regionโmentoring and guiding staff, contributing to brand alignment, and producing rapid-turnaround content for high-visibility moments. As part of G-REMโs Communications, Content and Strategy team, the RMOโs priorities are established by regional leadership, and will ensure support for consistent, strategic messaging and increased CRSโ visibility and brand recognition. This role will ensure strong representation of the region across Institutional Funding, Leadership Giving, Policy, and Omnichannel initiatives.

Roles and Key Responsibilities
Serve as the regional focal point for coordination on communications and strategy between regional leadership, country programs and cross-agency communications teams. Translate technical program information into clear, concise audience-appropriate language, and ensure accuracy and clarity of programmatic content. Contribute to integrated planning processes to ensure marketing strategies reflect both agency-wide and regional priorities. Collaborate with Regional/Country Program Leadership, Institutional Funding and Global Marketing Strategists, to produce compelling content to advance donor engagement and strengthen CRSโ positioning with specific donors. Apply a โmagic triangleโ marketing approach that integrates audience insight, creative storytelling and strategic objectives to ensure all regional communications effectively connect donor priorities, program impact and CRSโs mission. Coordinate & consult regularly with regional leadership to support strategic engagement that increase CRSโ visibility, brand recognition, and voice. Ensure the collection, documentation, dissemination of regional and country-level marketing materials that are used for strategic decision-making, and highlight CRSโ impact, value proposition and strengths across key technical and program areas. Provide strategic messaging guidance for the region; offer insight into narratives, stories and voices that elevate priority issues and country programs. Collaborate with G-REMโs content, creative and storytelling units to contribute priority regional content for engaging materials adapted for diverse audiences. Produce rapid turnaround content during crises or emergencies to support donor engagement and fundraising needs. Contribute materials that support global campaigns, strategic initiatives and cross-agency donor positioning efforts. Ensure all content meets CRS editorial standards, brand guidelines, style conventions and accessibility requirements. Establish systems that strengthen communications capacity across CRS and partner offices in the region. Provide guidance, coaching and support to regional and country communications staff as needed. Support regional and country leadership in preparing communications for priority agency stakeholders. Contribute to planning, messaging, and execution of communications needs related to VIP visits. Mentor and support country communications staff in content production, storytelling and priority communications work.Produce high-quality marketing materials for the region that support priority objectives, including long-term campaigns and urgent needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilitiesย

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree inย Marketing/ Communications,ย ย Minimum of 5ย years of work experience in communications and/or marketingย Experience working with international non-governmental organizationsยย
