NRC Iraq is looking for a Protection Team Leader to join our team in Central Area Office. the Protection Team Leader will be supervising two case management officer and two assistants covering Kirkuk, Daquq and Hawija. He\\She will be overseeing the implementation of the response and the prevention protection activities and sharing feedbacks to report any achievement or challengesย ย **This role is open to Iraq nationals only**
What You Will Do
- Ensure compliance with NRC policies, guidelines and standards.
- Ensure compliance with CC strategy, tools, handbooks, guidelines and standards
- Protection-specific technical responsibility for implementation of technical activities of CC project(s)
- Protection technical responsibility for tracking of financial expenditures for technical activities of CC project(s)ย
- Protection technical responsibility for the quality control and monitoring of project activities
- Protection technical responsibility for project documentation of technical activities of Protection project(s)ย
- Provide specific technical analysis and feedback to NRC representatives in coordination forums.
- Assess, promote and document ideas for technical improvement and further program development options
- Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist
- Promote the rights of IDPs/returnees in line with the advocacy strategy.
