Staff members holding a regular, fixed-term or short-term graded contract will not retain their contract type if appointed to an ungraded position. ย Context ย Under the overall supervision of the AVRR National Project Officer and the direct supervision of the Senior Project Assistant the successful candidate will support in the implementation of the narrative reporting activities under the programme โRESTART- Reintegration for Sustainable Transition and Resilience in Third countriesโ co-funded by the European Union.ย
- Prepare internal narrative reports on programme implementation, as well as quantitative and qualitative data on indicators, to facilitate the preparation of progress and final donor reports in coordination with other relevant staff.
- Prepare periodic and activity-specific reports for donors, the CO, regional office(s), or headquarters, as may be required.
- Contribute to the creation of appropriate material and tools for collection and management of statistical data.
- Consolidate and analyse statistical data in collaboration with other relevant staff.
- Prepare draft charts, statistics and relevant information for reporting purposes.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
- Keep accurate and pertinent records of all correspondence, reporting files and administration information, as needed. Education
- Bachelorโs degree in Political or Social Science, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with minimum three years of relevant work experience.
- Masterโs degree in above fields is an advantage.ย Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.ย Experienceย
- Proven capacity to produce high-quality reports in both English and Greek;
- Experience in preparation of statistical charts, tables and reports;ย
- Experience working with EU donors is a distinct advantage;
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.ย Skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.Languages
