Background

Reforms and Innovation(R&I) in Government for High Performance (project) works under a cost sharing modality with the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives.

The project aims at supporting the government in key governance reforms and innovation in the public sector for improved performance and service delivery, more transparent and accountable government institutions, improved
inter-provincial and inter departmental coordination and increased citizensโ€™ satisfaction. The project also endeavors to strengthen the Planning ministry as a public sector think tank and technical advice providers
to the Cabinet Committee of Institutional Reforms (CCIR).

Under the overall guidance of National Project Manager, the Office Support Staff will be responsible to provide administrative support services including front office management, errands, office clerical duties, office logistics and organization.ย 

The Office Support Staff is required to demonstrate a client oriented approach, tact and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Deliver/distributes mail/messages within office and outside the office.
  2. Serving of tea, refreshment in official meetings and official guests.
  3. Cleaning & dusting of the office and office equipment and furniture on daily basis.
  4. Report to Admin & Finance Associate for any damages and breakages in the premises; as well as provide assistance in repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  5. Assist office staff in photocopies, mail distribution, binding of official documents.
  6. Support Admin and Finance Associate in managing administrative tasks.
  7. ย Support the team in event management.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
