ย Context
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Associate and under the overall supervision of the Head of Office, the incumbent willย provide methodological support for the โMosty k integraciโ project, which focuses on the integration of Ukrainian temporary protection holders, including development of tools, staff training, and quality monitoring of integration activities.
- Assist in developing LHD project activities in cooperation with Head of LHD and Project Management Unit, including development of concept notes, project narratives, logical frameworks, result matrixes and other project-related documents.
- Act as focal point for administrative coordination of project implementation, involving extensive liaison with diverse organizational units and external parties to initiate requests, obtain necessary clearances, process and follow-up on administrative actions, etc.
- Participate in coordination and monitoring of implementing partners. Report non-compliances to the supervisor.
- Draft correspondence on project issues; prepare and update reports, briefing notes, graphics, statistical tables, presentation and other forms of documentation.
- Assist the Public Information Associate in drafting public information documents, presentations, website articles and reports on IOM activities for internal and external distribution;ย
- Assist in preparation of organization of meetings and events (such as conferences, workshops, trainings) in coordination with appropriate colleagues.
- Assist the Head of LMI in liaising with partners and stakeholders.
- Any other tasks that may be required.

EducationBachelorโs degree or higher in Political Science, Social Science, International Relations, Law or related field from an accredited academic institution, with three years of relevant professional experience

High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with five years of relevant professional experience
ย ExperienceDemonstrated experience and knowledge on migration issues.
Good understanding of migration policies, financial instruments, institutions and decision-making mechanisms.
Demonstrated experience in project implementation.ย
Knowledge and experience in policy development and research is an advantage
Experience in conducting professional training is an advantage
Experience in developing (educational) training material is an advantage
SkillsStrong analytical thinking, organizational and communications skills.ย
