Work LocationRemote Expected duration6 MONTHS Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Emergency Programme Coordinator, the Consultant will: 1 Programme Support โ€ข Assist in planning, reviewing, and tracking projects and work plans. โ€ข Support documentation and compliance for donor-funded initiatives. โ€ข Coordinate inputs for project proposals, mid-term reviews and reports, and final reports. 2 Monitoring and Reporting โ€ข Collect data and inputs from field teams for internal and donor reporting. โ€ข Maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators. โ€ข Draft situation updates and quarterly reporting summaries. 3 Coordination and Liaison โ€ข Liaise with relevant units such as logistics and HR to support programme needs. โ€ข Draft meeting minutes and support donor briefings. 4 Donor Visibility and Communications โ€ข Liaise with the field Public Information Office and field teams to gather materials (photos, videos, human interest stories) that highlight the impact of donor-funded activities. โ€ข Support the field Public Information Office in preparing visibility packages and projectsโ€™ visibility outputs. โ€ข Ensure donor visibility requirements are integrated into implementation plans and regularly reported on. โ€ข Coordinate with sector teams to document and share achievements through newsletters, social media, and donor updates. Qualifications/special skills- Advanced degree in International Development, Political Science, Public Administration, or related fields. -A first-level university degree with two additional years of experience may be accepted. -Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. -Arabic and German language skills will be assets -At least 2 years of experience in project/programme support, preferably with a UN agency or NGO. - Experience with donor reporting and field operations in the Palestinian context is strong asset.
