- Support the development and maintenance of CRLR's information management system (IMS) according to the agreed structure and program demands in coordination with CRLR management team.
- Do regular performance tests of web apps to identify issues/bugs if any and find suitable solutions.
- Support in running quality assurance checks on available data and suggest ways to improve the overall quality of inputs from the field teams.
- Support in the training of field staff involved in data entry and data collection, while ensuring compliance with standards of quality and timely information sharing.
- Attend coordination meetings with CRLR team to collect feedback and improve IMS according to the needs/findings.
- Support in maintenance of other digital filing systems (local and/or cloud based) and suggest improvement as needed.
- Develop & extend the existing IMS framework core functionalities as per agreement with CRLR management team.
- Collection and consolidation of different data sets as per IMS SOPs and structure.ย
- Support in the integration of different data sources into IMS
- Support the development, deployment and management of ODK/kobo forms according to the program needs.
- Design & Program Surveys and data forms on IMS System using the CType form management tool and writing custom code whenever required.
- Manage updating the system location dataset in coordination with field teams while cross checking other existing datasets
- Design and develop reporting tools to support program needs that includes writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and common table expression (CTE).
- Undertaking duty travel as required.ย

- University degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with 4 years of relevant professional experience.ย Accredited Universities are those listed in theย UNESCO World Higher Education Database. ย Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or database development, preferably for a UN agency or NGO;ย
- Experience in presenting clear and concise information;ย
- Experience in coordinating and communicating with diverse stakeholders and partners. Skills
- Excellent knowledge of PHP Programming Language.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
- Strong OOP knowledge & experience is essential.
- Strong MVC knowledge & experience is essential.
- Strong JavaScript/jQuery/CSS knowledge & experience is essential.
- Proven track record in Software Development.
- Excellent writing skills and experience with creating design documents, specifications, and test plans.
- Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

REQUIRED
