The Role

As a Program Portfolio Manager for Humanitarian and Resilience, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing our emergency response and resilience-building initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing high-quality resilience and emergency preparedness programs across our operational areas.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensuring that our programs adhere to best practices, incorporate evidence-based approaches, and promote continuous learning.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborating with the Grants and Business Development unit to develop quality gender-transformative proposals and engaging in professional and civil society partnerships.
  • Emergency Response: Supporting emergency response activities when needed, demonstrating your commitment to helping those in need.
  • Program Evaluation: Participating in regular program reviews and evaluations to promote learning and integration across program areas.
