This is your opportunity to shape and strengthen a robust IDAM program that secures critical assets while enabling seamless user access. As a subject-matter expert across Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management (SSO, MFA), and Identity Verification, youโ€™ll architect, manage, and evolve the lifecycle of IDAM tools and infrastructure. Your technical leadership will influence everything from federated authentication to privileged access management, ensuring security strategies align with business priorities.
Youโ€™ll work with cutting-edge platforms including SailPoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity and BeyondTrust helping maintain and optimise enterprise-wide identity services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on digging into directory architecture, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, Kerberos), and compliance frameworks. Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Facilitates the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services to provide a strong IDAM program that balances access with confidentiality and business requirements Identifies the broader impact of current decisions related to user access, data access and IT security Acts as subject-matter-expert on all IDAM disciplines including identity governance and administration, (IGA), Access Management, (SSO, MFA), and identity verification, (ID Proofing, etc.) Manage the lifecycle management of all IDAM technologies and its associated infrastructure Support & maintenance of IDAM related technologies with knowledge and understanding of the following platforms - Microsoft Defender for Identity, Sailpoint/Savyint Identity Governance, BeyondTrust, CyberArc
Provide support for the PAM specialism.

Knowledge and Experience:

Identity management familiarity in one or more of the following areas: single sign-on (SSO), data management, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema, directory services, namespace and replication topology experience, resource provisioning, ITIL, and process integration. Identity and access governance includes role-based access control, access request and certification, user life cycle management processes, and organisational change management. Experience with administrating authentication technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory/Windows authentication, OpenLDAP, Shibboleth, SimpleSAMLphp, Kerberos, OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, Azure AD, and federated identity management. Familiarity with compliance standards and understanding audits Expert understanding of IDAM concepts, including federation, authentication, authorisation, access controls, access control attacks, identity and access provisioning life cycle.
