Drive the future of digital workplace technology with a pivotal role managing modern device operations at scale. As an expert in Microsoft Intune and SCCM, you'll take full ownership of endpoint deployment, mobile device management, and application performance across Windows 10/11, AVD, and Windows 365. From Autopilot provisioning to threat response with Defender for Endpoint, you'll be hands-on in enabling seamless, secure digital experiences for users, backed by your confident troubleshooting skills and deep knowledge of device and app management.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Intune (MDM/MAM):
- Responsible for the management of Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, Autopilot configuration, policy and application deployment, and security settings across Windows 10/11 laptops, desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows 365. Operates without supervision and is proficient in Intune configuration and troubleshooting.
Performance and App Management: - Enables optimal performance across Windows 10/11 devices, AVD, and Windows 365 through confident decision-making in application deployment and issue resolution.
Device and Application Deployment:
- Proficient in using SCCM and Intune for co-managed device and application deployments, including Task Sequences and Autopilot provisioning.
Mobile Device Management:
- Responsible for the enrolment and configuration of iOS and Android corporate and BYOD devices via Intune. Proficient in applying standard mobile policies for security and compliance.
Digital Devices Operations:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations covering device provisioning and deployment, application management and packaging, operating system management, user and profile management, and endpoint security including patching.
Defender for Endpoint:
- Proficient in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM), Attack Surface Reduction (ASR), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR). Manages monitoring and incident response effectively.
Security Triage:
- Responsible for the initial triage and remediation of Defender for Endpoint alerts, enabling timely resolution and escalation of security threats.
Knowledge and Education:
- Educated to degree level or possesses equivalent professional experience, with demonstrable growth in digital workplace technologies.
- Strong and broad experience with technologies underpinning the Digital Device domain (e.g. endpoint management, hardware lifecycle, security compliance, user provisioning, collaboration tools).
- Experience in a mid to large-scale IT environment, preferably within the Finance industry or a similarly regulated sector.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and the ability to apply them in live service management and incident resolution scenarios.
- Proven ability to independently resolve complex technical issues and contribute to service improvement planning.
- Demonstrates empathy and user-centric thinking when designing and delivering device and workplace support services.
- Skilled in gathering user feedback and translating insights into actionable improvements to enhance user experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring technical and non-technical information appropriately for stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proactive service mindset and the ability to build trust with users and colleagues.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Familiar with agile work practices and contributes to continuous improvement within a team or service area.
