Step into a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of managing and optimising digital workplace technologies across a diverse end-user device estate. As a Junior Digital Device Engineer, you'll support end-users in our Sofia office, plus deployment, configuration, and performance of laptops, mobile devices, Windows 365, and remote connectivity tools for our wider business. You'll contribute to modern endpoint management using platforms like Intune, MECM, and JAMF, ensuring secure, compliant, and streamlined device operations across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The Analyst supports various aspects of the digital device estate, contributing to the management and optimisation of end-user technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the deployment and configuration of laptops, mobile devices, and remote connectivity tools.
- Supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM), including enrolment, Windows Autopilot, policies, apps, security, and compliance tasks, and testing.
- Contributing to the efficient operation of MECM, Intune and JAMF platforms.
- Assisting with the deployment and support of Windows 365 in Azure, laptops, desktops, Android, iOS.
- Contributing to performance optimisation, app deployments, troubleshooting (Windows 365, laptops, desktops, Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS).
- Providing third-line hands-on support to devices in HQ, both with build and break fix issues, to support the off-shore team where required.
- Helping to provide support for the Unigy service for Treasury department, including raising and monitoring incidents with the vendor, helping with user maintenance tasks and assisting with service monitoring.
- Contributing to the deployment of laptops/workstations (hybrid MECM/Intune, Task Sequences/Autopilot).
- Assisting with corporate app deployment (MECM/Intune, following guidelines).
- Supporting Device Provisioning/Deployment, Application Management/packaging, User Account/Profile Management, Endpoint Security Management/patching.
- Participating in testing and quality assurance processes for new device setups and software deployments.
- Contributing to updates and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base content, particularly relating to device standards and application configurations.
- Contributing to troubleshooting and support for end-user devices, automation and scripting initiatives, and ongoing documentation and knowledge base maintenance.
- Assisting with reporting requirements.
Knowledge and Education:
- Educated to degree level or possesses equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience and interest in the technologies that underpin the Digital Device domain.
- Experience of working in the Finance industry.
- A working understanding of the ITIL process.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to empathise with others and to be able to view a service from the users' point of view.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively at an appropriate level to a wide variety of audiences, both within and outside of EBRD.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation, organisational awareness.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to operate sensitively and effectively in a multicultural environment.
- The ability to work well in a team, especially when under pressure.
