About the SheTrades market related soft-skills training program Success in business is not just about technical knowledge. Studies show that 85% of real success comes from interpersonal skills like communication, leadership, and negotiation. Many women-led businesses do not have access to the market and social intelligence skills necessary to succeed in regional and global markets. The SheTrades market related soft-skills training program aims to bridge this gap by providing training in crucial areas such as assertiveness, negotiation, communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership, essential for thriving in competitive markets. Participants will develop a growth mindset, challenge limiting beliefs, and enhance their sense of agency, understanding that 70-80% of success is mindset-oriented. The program includes workshops, role-playing, and practical tools focusing on strategy planning, pitching, and preparing for negotiations and networking. In-depth coaching sessions will use the GROWTH model to assist women entrepreneurs in setting realistic goals, creating options, making decisions, and cultivating willpower for growth.
