The purpose of this position is to ensure effective implementation of ICLA/Protection activities in alignment with approved proposals and NRC policies. It serves as a focal point for needs assessments, beneficiary selection, and project management to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include supporting beneficiaries, conducting outreach and awareness sessions, enhancing local authority capacity, and advocating for beneficiaries' needs. The role also involves monitoring policies affecting internally displaced persons (IDPs), documenting findings, and representing NRC in relevant clusters to promote the rights and wellbeing of affected communities

โข ย ย ย ย Oversee the full project cycle ,implementation, monitoring, verification, and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
โข ย ย ย ย Provide guidance and information to beneficiaries; conduct awareness sessions and capacity-building for local authorities.
โข ย ย ย ย Apply participatory and inclusive approaches that strengthen community self-reliance and local capacities.

โข ย ย ย ย Contribute to needs assessments, studies, and research using participatory tools (FGDs, interviews, surveys).

โข ย ย ย ย Assist in strategic review, monitoring, and evaluation of ICLA/Protection activities.
โข ย ย ย ย Monitor policies and contextual changes affecting IDPs; collect and analyze relevant field information.
โข ย ย ย ย Build strong relationships with beneficiaries through regular engagement and visits.
โข ย ย ย ย Document findings, prepare assessment reports, and produce quantitative and qualitative activity analyses.
โข ย ย ย ย Support awareness-raising and community mobilization activities with the NRC team.
โข ย ย ย ย Represent NRC in ICLA/ protection cluster and working group meetings.
โข ย ย ย ย Perform additional duties as assigned by the ICLA/Protection Team Leader and Area Program Manager.- Experience
โข ย ย ย ย University degree in law, social studies, development studies / other relevant field/ the equivalent
โข ย ย ย ย Minimum of 3 years work experience with NGO, legal or international organization in the area of protection or human rights
โข ย ย ย ย Experience from working with protection and legal assistance projects in a humanitarian/recovery context
โข ย ย ย ย Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
โข ย ย ย ย Documented results related to the positionโs responsibilities
