Summary of the Position:

The Human Resources Consultant will typically work on an ad-hoc, temporary basis and will assist in activities requiring Human Resources-related expertise in all the global people functions of FHI Clinical in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization, and laws and regulations that apply to our staff, both domestically and internationally. The incumbent will also be responsible for the strategic organizational and human resource planning to provide FHI Clinical with the best people talent available and to position the Company as an employer of choice.

Essential Functions:

Participation in meetings and consultative phone calls with FHI Clinical, or with others on its behalf, as applicable. Provide technical input on specific and general projects as requested. Assist in activities requiring Human Resource expertise, including hiring, retention, redundancies, employee engagement, and other such tasks as directed by the authorized point of contact. Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates the organization's human resource function and performance. All other ad hoc consultation services may be requested from time to time.
