1. Generic Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, systems, handbooks, and guidelines.

  2. Implement delegated HR function portfolio according to plan of action.

  3. Prepare and develop monthly HR status reports as required by management.

  4. Update staff records and files on a regular basis.

  5. Generate monthly records and reports.

  6. Support with audit requirements.ย 

  7. Ensure proper filing of documents.

  8. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the HR function.

  9. Ensure thatย NRCโ€™s relatedย activities are implemented withinย NRCโ€™sย Protectionย mainstreaming guidelinesย and report any breaches/concerns to the line managerย and/or focal pointย for proper action.
