- Role and responsibilities
The main role of the Grants Technical Officer is to provide support to the Grants Manager in the development of project documents, consolidation of reports, coordinate Project Cycle Management (PCM) processes in conjunction with different colleagues and departments. The Grants Technical Officer will support the preparation of documents for donors, organize and prepare meetings and ensure key tools for the projects are maintained and used.ย

- Support report writing processes, proposals and/or project modifications and ensure that they comply with project and donor requirements, NRC guidelines, strategy and policies;

Bachelor's degree in office or business administration, social sciences, development, international relations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience Proficiency in written and spoken English Good analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong writing skills and experience in organizing and preparing documentation such as reports, proposals, and other documents for third parties. Experience in coordinating processes and teamwork. Demonstrated capacity to efficiently multitask and meet tight deadlines. First experience working with humanitarian/development projects and donors is an advantage.Context/specific skills, knowledge and experience:
