IRC Background:
The Financial Capability & IDA Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and strengthening a comprehensive financial literacy curriculum to equip refugees and immigrants with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to navigate the U.S. financial system. The Coordinator also manages a match-savings program (IDA) designed to increase familiesโ ability to save, foster participation in financial institutions, and support asset acquisition through grant-matched savings.
The role includes financial coaching, training facilitation, data and file management, and building partnerships with community organizations and financial institutions.

Work Experience:
Minimum two years of experience in financial literacy, social work, client services, or related fields. Required: experience in client counseling, case management, or coaching. Preferred: program coordination or leadership experience.Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English required; bilingual ability in Spanish, Dari, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, French, or other refugee/immigrant language preferred.Certificates or Licenses:
Valid driverโs license, active insurance policy, and access to reliable transportation. Must possess or be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card per Arizona state law.Working Environment:
A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and โfieldโ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.Compensation: (Pay Range: $23 - $25) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
