The Finance Officer, based in the Tripoli Office, plays a pivotal role in supporting the effective and compliant management of day-to-day financial operations. Under the overall supervision of the Finance Manager at the Country Office, the incumbent will be responsible for implementing financial activities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include cash and bank management, operation of the ERB accounting system, financial budgeting, auditing, reporting, and maintenance of an efficient archiving system. The Finance Officer will also ensure accurate financial tracking and facilitate effective coordination and communication with other departments. The position contributes to ensuring that financial services are delivered in a timely, transparent, and accountable manner to support the successful implementation of programmes and activities.

As a member of the Finance Team, the Finance Officer contributes to the effective and efficient delivery of NRCโ€™s financial services. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of financial activities, with a primary focus on cash and bank management, while also leading on other financial tasks as outlined in the specific responsibilities of the position.
