ย    The Internship Programme aims at attracting talented students and graduates who have a specific interest in, or whose studies have covered, areas relevant to IOM programmes and activities. Interns must be between 20 and 36 years old and should have less than two years of relevant working experience.ย    
ย    In general, the Internship Programme aims at attracting talented students and graduates who:   
ย    a) have a specific interest in, or whose studies have covered, areas relevant to IOM programmes and activities;   b) are holding a scholarship for internship placements in international organizations and/or for whom internship is required to complete their studies; or   c) are sponsored by governmental/non governmental institutions and/or academia to work in specific areas relevant to both IOM and the sponsor.   d) are either enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelorโs level or equivalent) or have graduated in the last 12 months.   e) are between 20 and 36 years of age.

 Assist in providing bank information to the applicants and providing timely replies to applicantsโ enquiries on refunds and payments through phone, email, chat and in person.

 Identify and recognize service fees; review correctness of payment and charge against the application fees on UKTB and E-medical

 Issuance of invoices; daily reconciliation of collected fees and invoices.

 Sharing daily revenue reports with the finance team for review and posting into WAVE.

 Preparing m Manual revenue receipt form and obtaining complete approvals from all signatories on revenue receipts. In line with the missionโs approval matrix.
