The purpose of a Field Office Coordinator is to manage a support team at field office level and to ensure quality support to program implementation in Area Field Offices; ensure security policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to; and ensure effective liaison between NRC and Area level stakeholders.

- Comply with and ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks and procedures and SOPs/guideline.
- Line management for support staff such as Finance, HR & Admin and Logistic/ICT.
- Manage day to day HR & Admin, Finance, Logistics, Security tasks, Government Operation of the field office.
- Coordinate and cooperate with NRC stakeholders (government, UN, INGO, LNGO, agencies, NSA) according to strategy and plans.
- Cooperate with relevant partners and networking to other external actors.
- Ensure proper filing of all liaison documents concern.
- Ensure proper coordination on daily operations between support team and program teams.
- Ensure adherence to Security and Risk Management policies and procedure.
- Security Focal Point for field office.
- Promote and share ideas for improvement and necessary changes in the activities.
- Experience from working as a Liaison and Coordination roles in a humanitarian/recovery context
- Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the context in different regions of Myanmar and NSAs operating in the area.
- Knowledge of Myanmar and other major ethnic language in Myanmar.
- Experience with similar position in other organizations.
- Experience of working with Civil Societies.
