Family Support Specialist

Where you come in:

In this part-time maximum term position (Approximately 7 months – 3 days per week), based Shepparton you will work on maintaining effective stakeholder relationships by liaising and consulting with local communities, professionals, service providers and referral services to ensure our services are meeting client and contractual obligations]. You will be part of our North Vic team and report to our Team Leader/Regional Manager.
