Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the direct supervision of the MHPSS Operations Officer, the incumbent willย coordinate the implementation of IOMโ€™s Mental Health and Psychosocial Programme activities in different regions across Ukraine.

  1. Support and monitor the implementation of IOM MHPSS community-based programmeโ€™s activities across several oblasts.
  2. Monitor the work of implementing partners when applicable and report any non-compliance to the supervisor.
  3. Assist the National MHPSS Officer and the programme management in the implementation and monitoring of project components.
  4. Support in the development of the teamโ€™s activity plan based on identified needs and facilitate smooth implementation and monitoring of the planโ€™s progress.
  5. Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities by team members and liaise with relevant colleagues for troubleshooting.
  6. Maintain established coordination and partnership with other units, local authorities, civil society organizations, including local non-governmental organizations, faith-based organizations, womenโ€™s and youth groups, and parents and teachersโ€™ associations, as they relate to the work of the team.
  7. Work closely with implementing partners, participate in quality verification andย  monitoring of partners, including delivery of relevant trainings based on a capacity building plan.ย 
  8. Organize the maintenance of dedicated assets, materials and spaces, keeping inventory, attendance sheets, logbooks and simple administrative records.
  9. Verify that proper visibility material is in place for the teamโ€™s activities.
  10. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
